Enchiladas are a widely misinterpreted and this workshop is set up just to show you how much! If you enjoy Mexican food, this is a particularly great workshop for you. Never again buy a hideous enchilada kit or a ready-made sauce.

Come and join us in making true Mexican enchiladas from scratch. In this workshop, we'll show you how to make enchiladas verdes and rojas, entomatadas and enmoladas all from scratch. After the workshop, we'll enjoy the fruits of our labour by sitting down to a cozy meal at the pantry's table.
