Let me start by saying that this is a very grown up sauce. It's made with habanero chilies, the hottest chilies grown in Mexico. I normally use habaneros in small quantities, but when I tasted this sauce for the first time, I fell in love with it. It's spicy, hot and totally addictive! I think it is by far one of the nicest out in the market. Funny enough, it's made in Colombia by some to an authentic Mexican recipe. All I say is this is one 85% habanero chili goodness with a lot of spice... and it's gluten free!
