Tinned whole black beans are super handy to have in the larder. They're nutritious and they taste incredibly good. I'm so busy these days that I often forget to defrost the ones I made from scratch, so the tinned ones are handy and they taste just as good, if a little more expensive in the whole. These La Sierra tinned beans are one of my favourite, as they are cooked in a lovely sauce that add flavour to the beans. We love them!
