Made about enchiladas? Then this is the workshop for you! We'll be making four enchilada sauces from scratch: entomatadas, enchiladas rojas, enchiladas verdes and enmoladas and learning the different types and fillings that are traditional in Mexico. Join us at Picado Mexican Pantry for this class that promises to be great fun.

We'll be serving a meal with all we cooked on the night. This class is suitable for Coeliacs.
