As you know, I got invited to take part in the Theatre of Food at Electric Picnic 2013 again. I was over the moon as it is one of my favourite food gigs of the year. I love doing the demo, but I also absolutely love hanging around the tent and attending demos and talks throughout the weekend. The line up this year was fab and I got to meet some amazing chefs and food producers, as well as meeting old friends and making new ones. If you are interested in any shape or form in food, this is an incredibly good stage for it.
We are back in Electric Picnic this year! My favourite gig of the year is here. We had the loviest of calls last week and had been invited back to take part in the fabulous Theatre of Food stage. This year, I'll be waging war on the Tex-Mex Enchilada and on the huge disservice it has made to the original and delicious Mexican dish.
Join us in making and tasting three different types of Mexican Enchiladas and see how they stand in comparison with the shop-bought version of them. Witness the match; face the challange and judge for yourself; there is only room for one set of enchiladas in the tent, so this time it's personal!
