I was really excited and honoured to be asked to take part in this year's Hay Festival Kells, which includes for the first time a Food Village for all us mad foodies out there. The Festival runs from the second to the sixth of July and it has a very impressive line up of literary authors and renown chefs.
I will be joining a panel of Food Bloggers in a discussion chaired by Kevin Sheridan on what drives our passion for food. Join us for what promises to be a very passionate and interesting debate titled Irish Food - Nutrition, Economics or Culture. Fello food bloggers Kristin Jensen from Edible Irleand, Imen McDonnell from Farmette, Aoife McElwein from I Can has Cook and Caitriona Redmond from Wholesome Ireland will also join the panel.
