While on my yearly holiday in beautiful West Cork last year, I spent a lot of time eating and shopping in one of my favourite shops in the whole wide world: in Ballylickey. This 70 year old shop has it all, amazing food, wine, service and the charmiest of owners. It exemplifies, in my humble opinion, all a specialty shop should be about: quality, local produce, provinance and most of all, knowledgable, friendly staff.
