Enchiladas are the most mis-represented Mexican dish ever. To begin with, they ARE NOT made with wheat wraps, they ARE NOT covered in yellow-plastic-ky-looking cheese, and they ARE NOT baked in the oven. Most importantly, they are NEVER, EVER in a pack! So forget all you know about enchiladas and join us for an evening of discovering. Let us show you how to make 4 different types of 'en-adas' (en-chil-adas, en-tomat-adas, en-mol-adas and enchiladas verdes). We'll show you how easy and healthy these four dinners are while we talk about chilies, traditional cooking methods and all things tasty.
This class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores, so join us for an evening of all things enchiladas in a relaxed and friendly environment.

There is nothing more quintessential to Mexican cuisine than a good corn tortilla. Mexicans eat an average of 600 thousand tons of tortillas EVERY DAY!!! Tortillas are delicious, they're Coeliac friendly and very versatile. Join us at Picado Mexican to learn how to make them from scratch.
In this workshop, we'll make three taco fillings and a salsa from scratch, then we'll move on to the hands-on part of the workshop, where everybody gets their hands dirty making corn tortillas by hand. It's a super fun and relaxed class, suitable for vegetarians and carnivores alike! We'll finish off the night with a meal with all the food we made.
